Listed Building

Oldstead, York, North Yorkshire

This project involves a significant programme of repair and alteration to a mid-18th century farmhouse and outbuildings in the North York Moors National Park. The project achieved planning and listed building consent for a sensitive glazed link between the farmhouse and the existing outbuildings.

The fabric repair works have included hot-lime mortar repointing, replacement tooled masonry units and re-roofing with natural clay pantiles.

Within the extensive gardens we have developed plans for a new gym and leisure building overlooking tennis courts and outdoor kitchen in repurposed barn.
