We are currently recruiting for architectural technologists and job-running architects. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the finest residential projects in North Yorkshire and based in a friendly open plan attic studio office in the heart of Malton - 'Yorkshire's food capital!'

Project Architects

This application is specifically aimed at architects with a strong technical and project delivery capability.  Applicants should apply if they meet all of the following criteria. 

​

Requirements:

• RIBA Part 1,2 & 3 degree at a UK or European University

• ARB registered

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Sketching ability and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Office based position, no applications for remote working

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Understanding of UK building regulations and planning system

• Working knowledge of Graphisoft Archicad

• Strong experience of job running architectural projects on site from RIBA Stage 3 through to RIBA Stage 7

• Experience and enthusiasm of domestic projects is essential

Architectural Technologists

We are looking for technologists at all levels to join our team. You will be working on a variety of project scales from medium size domestic extensions and alterations to large country houses and Estates. 

​

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree at a UK or European University

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Good technical skills

• Excellent presentation skills and technical drawing capability

• Office based position, no applications for remote working

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Understanding of UK building regulations and planning system

• UK driving license and car

• Working knowledge of Graphisoft Archicad

 

Salary

To suit level of experience and in line with salary guides. The practice will support you to achieve MCIAT.
